Shipping Information
Orders shipped in Canada are sent by Canada Post Expedited, or UPS standard. Typically 4-8 business days.
All USA orders are shipped Standard and typically arrive up to 14 business days after shipping. You will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs fees/orders. (Orders under $800.00 usually are exempt)
Due to third parties involved with shipping, we are not responsible for shipping delays.
Return Policies
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
All garments must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have all the original tags.
- No returns will be accepted after the 30 day period
- Boxers are considered final sale
- Cost of shipping on return items is the responsibility of the purchaser
- Worn, washed or altered items will not be accepted for return or refund
- Items returned without original tags will not be accepted for return or refund

Once the return has been received at the warehouse and approved (items are in perfect condition with tags attached) please allow 3-5 business days for your credit card company to process the refund.
